The service at the branch itself is good if you can ever actually contact anyone. I have been in the seven circles of phone hell all day. Call one number and they put you through to a branch number which sends you back to the 1-800 number. Frustrating. The hours at the bank aren't helpful either. No weekends and closed at 4:30. Most of us work past then. Thanks for nothing Scotia.

The service inside is great but the new telephone voice commands are confusing And annoying. I live out of town and it's frustrating that I have to drive into town just to talk to someone since the phone can't understand my simple voice commands.
