Be very careful where you choose to have your "home branch" as, unlike a majority of companies in the 21st century, you cannot just walk into one branch of this company and have them deal with your issues and concerns via a centralized computer system... No, this company has a crazy policy whereby your only way of accessing your account information is to visit a branch that is only open 6 hours a day, and then, only when that one member of staff is there. Really!???....This is the 21st century, with technology, and 24x7 access, and help desks.......so so so backwards a company, with no customer empathy or understanding.
