Awful costumer service. Made an appointment to open an account and when I arrived simply 'wasn't in their system'. There was no attempt to rectify the issue that was their problem in the first place. Thank goodness I don't have an account there and now never will.

This is by far the worst banking experience ever. I've been going there almost a year now and all of the tellers who work there are rude and give you a mean stare while serving you and while you walk away from them. I would not recommend banking here. They also would not give me a cheque to pay my rent, said I had to open a special account to get cheques. Stay away from ScotiaBank Antigonish.
