I am an RBC client , I visited Scotia Bank located in Auteuil and met with Mr. Nicolas Reuben, who made me fall in love with Scotia, what a professional friendly service they have.. all the staff in this location welcome the client with a wonderful smile they make you feel home, comfortable, and give you all the trust that you can imagine... I opened a new account with Mr Nicolas and a wonderful young lady helped me her name was Catherina, what an angel... after I left, I remembered something i did call the branch they answered right away with the support that i needed even though as soon as i sent an email to Mr. NIcolas, he replied or called right away. Great service after opening an account ... anytime you need a help you find it right away.... Everyone was happy, with positive energy, I will definitely recommend Scotia in Auteuil.... and I will choose Scotia over and over .. I wish you keep this beautiful positive spirit and the wonderful embiance that you offer to your client... thank you for Mr. Nicolas and Catherine ...

Very disappointed with service from this branch and Scotia overall the past year. Simple things take forever, mistakes with RRSPs and tax impacts, no returns to calls or emails. Have to go to the branch 3,4, times to get answers. I've been a customer since 2002, the past year is causing me to think it's time to move to a different financial institution.
Withdrawal in multiples of 20 only. You should ask 50 or 100 bills at the desk. This is annoying.
