If I could put NO stars, I would. I have been a loyal Scotiabank customer for many years, but my experience at this particular branch has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is subpar, and the advisor lacked communication and failed to perform his duties effectively. Having recently relocated to Abbotsford, I was hoping to find a nearby branch for convenience. However, I will gladly continue to make the 20-minute drive to my previous branch, as it consistently provides much better service. For a well-established bank with a new location, this experience has been underwhelming. I’m not sure who is overseeing this branch, but it seems that management is not properly supporting their staff to ensure a smooth and professional operation. My recommendation; Find a new branch.
Bank machine in branch are unavailable at night. Perhaps for safety reasons? Never been to any other bank in my life where the bank machines were inaccessible at night until . Drive thru bank machine is Made for people in tiny little cars and me driving a big truck had a hell of a time using that bank machine and then at the end of it all the bank machine rejected my money which came from another bank. Absolutely ridiculous. And I felt unsafe by myself as a female banking outside with cash and would’ve felt much safer if I had been able to go inside the branch and bank perhaps there should be a way to open the bank machine door by using our bankcard - using their bank machine for me means getting out of the vehicle and that makes me vulnerable for getting robbed AND having my vehicle jacked.
Doors locked over 45min before posted closing time tried getting there 3 times last time they told me to call help line...after being on the phone for an hr help line says have to go to branch I recommend cash
Nice small branch. Pleasant service from staff. Senior Financial Advisor Sachan Deep Singh provided us with the best banking service we have experienced in years. His professionalism, knowledge and approach to addressing client needs was outstanding.
Worst customer service of any bank. The representative was rude, unhelpful, pressured me to change my appt after waiting to weeks. While inquiring about the account services I was verbally cut off over a dozen times. The rep didn't have a name tag and dressed poorly which suited his intelligence I later discovered. Will go to another bank after this.
