The bank associate SK ABIR ALI was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Hands down the best customer service ever at this branch!!! Entering with trepidation...different transaction...thought there would be big line ups...wondered about the influence of the downtown...absolutely admired the friendly staff and the swift business transaction!! Wow!! This branch delivered!!
Don't come to this bank unless you have an hour to wait in line. AND while I was there the assistant manager closed and locked the doors at 4:40 because of there being 10 people in line at that time. So the moral to this story. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE.
We met with Casey Leddy this morning, and my husband and I walked out in shock! We have never met with someone so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. We have had bad experiences with banks before, and Casey blew us out of the water. I really appreciate her kindness, and she was able to deliver our needs in a timely manner. Thanks Casey!
