My Visa card was compromised in April 2024…. I was told another one would arrive in 5-10 days… THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES…nAfter waiting a month and a half for replacement I walked into my branch and asked if any mail was there for me… I was handed an envelope with my Visa card… Great!! Worked good for 2 months then I was cut completely cut off one day with no prior notification until I reached home that evening to a letter saying my card was cancelled…NO KIDDING… Thanks !! No reason given until I called.nBack in April when I was calling for my Visa cards apparently all 3 had come in but I wasn’t notified… So they cancelled all of them. After MULTIPLE CALLS AND AN APPOINTMENT WITH A FINANCIAL ADVISOR I WAS ONLY GIVEN A SMALL CREDIT LIMIT….NOT PUT BACK TO THE LIMIT I HELD PREVIOUSLY. To this day this problem remains! I’m closing all my accounts and apply for a visa at another facility!!!
I think 2 Stars for this branch is not worth it. The only Answer people working there have is just check online. When I asked to check with other reps who are experienced the teller guy just said just check online. Sorry POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
terrible , big slow lineup at 2 pm monday.nguys are turning around and leaving saying after 30 yrs they are switching banks.ni was at information desk where their screen is easily visible from all the people inline.nneeds partitions.nhigh risk for stealing someone’s banking info.nalso hard to talk without some one hearing.ni did get the info i needed from the info desk and voiced my opinion.
went there at scheduled appointment with financial advisor and was made to sit and wait for 10 minutes during the meeting window, until i told i am leaving if the advisor is unavailable. then immediately someone came to receive.
Poor communication.nNo accountability.nI was treated as though my business and my time was insignificant and didn’t matter.nWould not recommend using this branch.
