you can never reach your local branch.. they make it so you have to wait forever online with the national branch support like.. poor customer service

Showed up at 6pm well before the 7pm closing time, as confirmed on the branch support phone line, and found the branch to be closed, was told it’s a google error, when showing a staff memeber the hours on google. Poor coordination for a financial institution.

Brought some change and was told: "We have no people to count coins!" While two people where chitchatting and laughing and there were no customers around.

Efficient, courteous, what more could I ask for except perhaps longer hours? Thanks for the great service.
