The best ice cream ever, love the mixing up of flavours and the toppings to choose from. A must try thing.
This is an absolutely aweful place to buy icecream at. For $9 dollars you would expect their team members to wear gloves, clean clothes and a hairnet. After finding a hair in my expensive icecream and seeing how combative the staff were when called out I didn't even want it remade. Tossed out an almost completely full icecream because of lack of food safety and ignorance.
The ice cream was delicious with fun presentation and the staff were super friendly!
Friendly staff when I arrived, you could tell they smiled even though they wore masks. I thought $8 was a bit much, but the portion is great and ice cream is hand poured while you watch. Don't do what I did and think you'll make it home before it starts to melt! Got bubblegum, and LOVE how strong the flavor is!

Super cool idea and the combinations are endless! For $8 which seems high, but you do get a decent amount of ice cream for this! you choose your ice cream flavour and 2 mix-ins. Once you make your choices, they make your ice cream right in front of you. Now... don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying that they MIX the ice cream in front of you... They make it. They pour the liquid ice cream base onto the ice cold surface and mix the goodies in while it freezes. It's super cool to watch and the staff seem to have a lot of fun with it!
I had a horrible experience at this scoop n roll location. I asked for 2 flavours in 1 order unaware that I could not do that and was charged for 2 orders then asked about it because I specifically said I did not want two orders and the cashier was very rude to me and not helpful at all and told me I paid for 2 so I am getting 2. It was very confusing and not a pleasant experience. The other gentlemen working were very kind but the cashier was extremely rude to me.
Best tasting ice cream I've ever had. The employees are very fast working and the wait isn't long at all. All workers are very friendly and welcoming and always make the experience even better than it already is!
Unbelievable experience. This place serves awesome ice cream every time I've been here. Thank you for bringing our community together!
