I dropped off a painting to be stretched and quoted for a frame.  It was a Saturday so the friendly person took my information and told me they would call on Monday with a price.  A few days later, I called and left my info again, and was told they would get back to me by the end of the day.

Two weeks later having never received a call, I picked it up, and took it to another shop.  

Too bad because I had heard good things.
