I made a call to plan some wood a month ago. I specified that there would be a long delay before I could bring my wood but that I would call in advance to be sure of having a place. I am told that as soon as I have it in hand to take it directly to the sawmill to leave it there until it is ready. I rent a truck and I travel with my wood. When I got there I was told that we finally didn't have time to do it. If I had known, I would have found another solution a month ago. I am left without a solution and have to bear unnecessary costs. This was the second time I used their services and the last.
