Excellent place to go with locally sourced ingredients super tasty! The meat section looked awesome aged to perfection. A++ service with friendly staff I will be returning again. They have t-shirts and hats at a reasonable price.

Best quality meat you can find in lacrosse, very clean. Knowledgeable staff. Price is higher but worth it. If you can't buy directly from a farmer this is the next best choice. Great sandwich also
New favorite spot to stop in La Crosse. The pastrami sandwich was spectacular and the staff is really nice. We need more places like this!

Excellent shop with a fantastic selection of high quality meat. Sandwiches are great too. The only downside with this place is I didn't know about it sooner! Could not be happier to have a fantastic local business like Schuby's downtown.
