Huge portions at low prices! Cheese curds melted bridges all the way to our faces. Pork delicious too!! We also enjoyed our caesar salad and cornbread - thanks for the good grubs!
People state that supporting local is key. Well, I have been trying. Every time I have come to this restaurant, they aren't open - even when the hours are clearly labelled at the store and online. I have even followed other peoples' advice by going at certain times as it can be closed part-way through the day. When I call, they don't pick up. When I go to order through Skip, it's not active. The few times I have been able to get something, the portions are smaller. I know that one person runs this place, but there has to be some respect for your customers.
OMG this guy always makes a good bbq. One man show and always friendly. Let’s support local here. They also cater meals. Can you say pulled pork and corn bread. Best in town hands down. I took some corn Bread & butter to work
I ordered the rib special. Not even real ribs but the bony section at the end of the spine. ... button back ribs. It wasn't fall off the bone tender but the sauce was very good. The sides were mediocre.
Different kind of review, got called to do some work in this restaurant. The owner is amazing, we got the job done and our tip was some amazing BBQ. I can't even articulate just how tasty this food is. Seriously go try this Saskatoon gem. You're going to go back for more. This is the type of meal that you skip your lunch for!
I've eaten here very often and as someone with celiacs I've not been contaminated here yet. Great food safety. Thank you for providing delicious and safe options. Your chicken strips taste amazing.
Great food but expect to wait an hour. Unfortunately can’t go back till this guy hires someone to help.
The pulled pork sandwich was awesome! Everything was fresh and the portions were good. My only real issue is the caesar salad dressing. It was definitely homemade but the texture was watery and the flavour was milky. It was edible but I thought they had accidentally given me the coleslaw dressing. I was also disappointed to find no beef on the menu.. and for some reason no baked beans either. Overall, I enjoyed my food. I recommend this spot and will 100% visit again.
Great food, great service, not a long wait either. When we went there was one man working, owner maybe and he was popping orders out like nobody's business! I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes and the food, my gosh, was just fantastic. Pulled pork was so tender, fries cooked to perfection, amazing gravy and the BBQ sauce, just WOW
