The ladies at Schramms went above and beyond to deliver legendary service after a floral mishap! Although they weren't at fault at all, Schramms redelivered a new arrangement for me after the first one was misplaced by the funeral home for my step grandfathers funeral. 
Both Mary Beth and Laurie were apologetic, understanding and made me feel like they truly valued my patronage. I can't say thank you enough to Schramms for making a confusing situation better.
