BAD service. They make you wait over an hour and pick up ONE person at time. I Needed a ride and transit pulled up at grocery store as I was in checkout ,They DID not wait no more than 2 minutes as they seen me in checkout and LEFT.. Then I called them RIGHT way and they said I would have to Wait AGAIN 40 minutes and that I would have to PAY them 2 times...This system is FLAWED BIG TIMEand someone needs to be put in charge that's knowledgeable on how The transit Authority is suppose to HELP people with transportation, Instead its completely the opposite. I waited 1 1/2 HOURS to be picked up.. What..really..Its not fair to the PEOPLE your suppose to help ,no matter what age they are. Your system is BROKEN...
I called 9 times
Bus was 1/2 hour late and driver was not friendly.
Very nice people, and helpful schoolcraft public transit is awesome.
