I never write reviews but I was so dissapointed with how the manager, David, handled a situation that I decided to share. My wife had bought a gekobot kit which was highly recommended by a staff member there. It was extremely challenging to put together and definitely not appropriate for an eight year old to put together!! When we were almost finished we noticed a piece was missing. My wife explained the situation and she was given an exchange. We completed building the robot for a second time and it was defective. My wife spoke to Ryan to explain the situation and he told her that she could get a credit. I went with one of my sons to pick some other toys out but the selection was poor. I wanted to come back with my second child to see if he liked anything there but the manger, David, said the money had to be spent right away so we bought items that we didn't really like. My wife called him again to explain how upsetting the experience was. He was apologetic but very defensive. The most he was willing to offer was a ten percent discount off one future purchase. This merchandise is already marked up considerably higher than any other toy store so that was not a satisfactory solution. We love supporting local stores but we are very upset at the poor customer Sevice. Best to go to toys r us or master mind. We've had great experiences there and are not treated poorly. We won't be going back ever again!

Fun toys for kids to play with while u shop.

Any games or childish things are good here. Pretty expensive but when put into proper use it lasts longer than most toys!
