Very friendly local bakery and coffee shop. Offering a range of mochas and lattes. The cinnamon buns are crispy and fresh early in the morning. Personally really enjoy there freshly made smoothies first thing in the morning. Sandwiches and salads are great meal for the morning or to work. Service is alright, nothing too special. Great to bring the girls while sipping at some coffee first thing in the morning
I love Schimmels!! Always very friendly and prompt service and delicious eats and lattes! The cinnamon buns are to die for and the spinach pastry is amazing! Definitely my 'go to' place in Smithers!
