A little surprised that there was no view whatsoever at the Scenic. It's your basic bar/restaurant with a local crowd. Attentive waitress, friendly bartender. Very good fish, shrimp was great, good slaw, average bread. Swiss mushroom burger had good flavor, was a little thin.
