This place is simply the best family-owned trattoria I've been in in the United States. We had an awesome lunch on the picnic table outside with our dog. They brought the food out to us and the service and the food were both 5 star!
I really love the food. The fettuccine alfredo with chicken was outstanding. I also ordered ravioli but was a bit disappointed when I found 6-8 of them in the take out cartoon for $9.95. Nonetheless, I'll be back but will be ordering noodles going forward.
Love this place. Was very grateful to a man ,,//chef who worked us in to fill our order quicker. This place was packed for orders,. Thank you sir. And the eggplant parmesan. Was excellent. We sat outside since they don't have indoor seating bit. That was ok. Beautiful weather
Called in last week and ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce. We Found hair in both of our spaghetti and bread! When I called to inform them about this, she took offense and was very rude . They are not the only restaurant in town. My business is going elsewhere.
Serve an Italian bread like Gonella's. Not that focaccia. We like to dip and rub our bread in the gravy.

Lasagna, chicken parm, and cheesy garlic bread all delicious and piping hot for takeout! Very large portions - both entrees we ordered would be enough for two meals! Fantastic Italian food in Michigan City.
