This morning at 9:15 on Chilliwack Highway, I had a very troubling experience with a Scamp Transport fuel truck in Chilliwack. The driver — an older white man wearing black spectacles — was operating a hazardous load vehicle, yet was behaving in a completely unprofessional and unsafe manner.nnHe was lane-splitting, creating confusion and holding up traffic. The situation became even worse when he began to verbally abuse me and repeatedly show the middle finger, despite my not provoking anything. He was also driving well below the speed limit, which added to the congestion and risk, especially for a vehicle carrying fuel.nnThis kind of reckless and aggressive behavior is dangerous — both for public safety and the company’s reputation. I strongly urge Scamp Transport to review this driver’s conduct and take appropriate action.nnSafety and professionalism should never be compromised.
This is a great trucking outfit. They really do care for the drivers and the safety of the public. I wish more firms were like that nowadays. It seems like trucking is becoming a a game for a quick buck you need regulation for somebody gets hurt. This outfit does a great job. You should all be proud of them
If i had it to do over again i wouldnt have bothered with this company. Gotta be perfect to work at Scamp. Heaven forbid you get sick. Lie to you from the very start. Horrible pay. Cant think for yourself. Dont bother with this outfit wasted 3 months of my time.
Stay away from this company! The most unprofessional drivers out there, scary beyond words! One of the worst experiences!
