After a long search, I had the fortune of a family friend recommending Atty Roger Brunelle. When I went in to meet him to review my case, I felt at ease. He was not promising any big/quick settlement or using a form to determine if I was worth his time, rather we had a conversation about what happened and if he could help me. With this approach I knew Roger would be hands on and take the time to properly handle my case. For the duration of my experience Roger was always available. I spoke with him regularly either by email or phone and He took care of handling all the paperwork and correspondence so that I could focus on recovering. As the recovery ended it became time to settle the case, Roger walked me through how he had evaluated my case and we began the settlement negotiations. It could have been a very stressful time but I appreciated Roger's willingness to field all of my calls and emails so that I was informed and making the correct decision.
