We went here for a late lunch on Saturday. They must have just had a mad rush on top of being short staffed. The nice lady cleaned off a table for us. The Bleach! Yes the bleach smell was overpowering and the tables were sticky. Here's the good part the server was very friendly and the food was good.
Great brewery! We went there two nights in a row. We took flights, all was very good! Including the raspberry cider. They also have yummy food, I loved the mac and cheese grilled cheese! Welcoming and helpful staff. They also have live music occasionally.
Great food and atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, and a fine variety of local drinks to taste!
Sadly, food has gone downhill. The Hailey location is doing all of its cooking from a food truck. No more beer cheese. Fries frozen in middle. Skimpy on all sandwich ingredients on two separate visits now. I’m sure they are doing their best, but unfortunately not up to the Ketchum location standard. Beers are tasty mostly though.
Decided to try a place we haven't been yet. Came to the Sawtooth brewery. Atmosphere was ok. We ordered our food 1 salad, 1 nacho, 1 spicy dog simple order. After an hour we still hadn't gotten our food. The family that came in 30 min after us got their food. Our table was never checked on in the entire hour we were there. Kitchen guys were sitting at the bar. I definitely would not recommend eating here.

I've given this brewery a number of tries, having never been impressed. Yesterday was the last thy, however. We placed our food order and got our beers without issue. It took over 50 minutes to get our food order -- so long we started keeping track of the time. We ordered nachos to share. The place wasn't busy. The $20 nachos were not impressive in presentation, taste, or quantity. My bar was low, but yikes. I really wanted this place to meet a very low bar of service and quality -- I mean you order and pay at the bar; my standards can't be that high. After numerous visits with high tips and low expectations we will never return.
After an underwhelming, mediocre experience eating in Ketchum, this was a welcome relief! Food was quick, tasty and hot. Beer was superb! Picked up some swag on the way out, as well. Stafff was very helpful and provided great tips when we got some beer for the road. Will definitely be returning here on our next trip to the Sawtooths!!
Friday night "fish and chips" were excellent.. 3 pieces for $18.00.. we even ate the breading. Beer was also tasty. The only downside was a table of valley teachers discussing professional issues as if they were the only patrons in the place. No wonder so many kids come up short in the humility and courtesy departments...
Menu is smaller than the Ketchum location, but still good food and great beer!
