I brought Scott in to take down a 100 year old pine tree that was bending over our house. Needed to come down before Mother Nature did it! He and his crew did a fantastic, and meticulous job, taking down each and every branch without any issues and then the trunk. Clean up was great. I would recommend Scott for any arborist job, especially ones where you have to have patience to not make mistakes.

He was obviously born for this job, with the last name Garden.nI really got a kick out of watching him chop up a dead spruce tree in my yard. nHe’s quite knowledgeable; we had a mini lesson on the tree species in my backyard and he has fair prices an apparent rarity in the industry. We would highly recommend the services of Scott at the Savvy Sawyer. When we purchased our new home in Muskoka there were a number of dead trees that needed to be taken down. Scott was on time, on budget and very professional. The trees were felled, cut up, and branches chipped on site. They clean up was incredible, and aside from some minor chainsaw sawdust, the site looked better than when they started.
We hired Scott to remove a couple of very tricky trees on our property. One of them was huge, decaying, and right on the property line with our neighbours and hanging over their shed. I was blown away by Scott's cabling and roping work. He masterfully climbed and removed the tree without a single branch falling onto the neighbour's yard. Everything was done carefully and professionally. Clean up was also great as he has a connection with a bin service. His quote was by far the best out of everyone I contacted and those other companies didn't offer removal. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Thank you!
Wow great experience. Scott did an excellent job removing our tree that had split and was dangerous. Great service that was friendly, came when promised, very reasonably priced and cleaned up after the job was completed. Made sure we were happy with work before he left.
