Bill does an excellent job! He went an extra mile, by helping us communicate with our Jamaican shuttle driver. Our plane had 3 delays in Toronto. Bill was ready to answer all my text and communicated with our transit driver to let him know we were running late. I felt that Bill service was still available even when we were traveling to our destination and at our destination too. He kept us in good communication while we're were still traveling! Bill is very professional and knowledgable. He gave us all kinds of information about Jamaica. He even sent me a list of things to buy and see. I would definitely use Bill's service again. Fantastic job Bill!!
