I love this place, even during the COVID-19 pandemic they established a great drop off system at the back of the store out in the open wonderfully managed. As well you get a discount coupon for your donation. There are some really great finds in the shop as well too, if your willing to hunt around
Nice large, well lit and organized. Prices are way up from before, almost at new Walmart prices. You have to think about that when your boiling the clothes to get the varmints out of them...lots of work.
If you're patient, you can find some really good condition top brand shoes like Dack's

I always know I'll get exactly what I need, at a great price. Even with covid19 safe distancing, I was able to get in and out swiftly.
Prices are ridiculous and Value Village in general is so dumb for allowing returns of clothing and shoes but not serve ware that could be easily sanitized. They sold me something broken AT FULL PRICE same as the original retailer and wont let me return it. Loosing a customer fast.
Be careful when donating items, back alley is always full of broken glass, hope they'd clean it up every so often. Store is good though
Fun to search but I promise you, it never has what you're looking for
Prices are too high for such damage. I left without buying a single thing and the employees looked at me as if I stole something.
