They have just about everything! Pro: They have just about everything and is a solution for Winnipeg not having Whole Foods but minus the pretentiousness. Love the international variety which caters to many including foodies, changing tastes, or diets. Great ready made meals! Cons: It is quite big and always full so if you are the type that does not like crowds go during low traffic hours. Viewing how full the parking lot is a big clue...

Both parking lot and store is very busy. There are decent deals. Fresh food and take out meals are the highlight of the store. Fantastic bakery and produce.

Nice clean store. Layout a bit strange (sauerkraut in "European Foods" not Condiments) Employees not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. I consider Save On Foods more like a Sobeys or Safeway rather than a Superstore, and expect correspondingly more from the staff.

Love the soups, often stop in for lunch. Little restaurant area is nice, usually pretty clean and tidy. Clam chowdah is do delicious, also broccoli cheddar and 🍄 medley
