Im not sure in what world you think it is acceptable to sell a $13.99 CEASER salad in the deli department but not include CEASER dressing with it. It's not a CEASER salad without the dressing. And you didn't even have any small packets to buy separately so I had to spend another $7 on a bottle of dressing. I will not step foot in your store again. Stop trying to screw people over. There wasnt even a sign saying dressing not included, I only saw it after going through checkout.

Nice helpful staff, but Save On is usually more expensive than Safeway, and noticeably more expensive than Loblaw stores. That being said, you are more likely to find high quality brands, small batch made, BC grocery brands, and other high quality grocery items here, if cost is not an option.nnFor the self checkouts, the first till on your left when you're in the line up will have your mobile save on card work when scanned, the others only worked with real physical save on card I found. Unless they fixed it since. If you don't have your card, you're charged full price, but you can always come back to customer service with your Save On More card and receipt and get your cash and points.nnParking can be a congested maze right by the entrance, but usually plenty of spots near the outer parking lot edge.

Never seems to be anyone attending the deli or the bakery. Most expensive grocery store yet hardly any service.

Was buying groceries and asked for help from a cashier, she came and made me so uncomfortable by clinging too close almost like to push me away, and yelled at me code numbers like I'm her servant.nnEdit: I will NOT contact your customer service, do better.
