Went in for a loaf of bread. Ended up buying a few things on sale and used points for some ribs. What started out cashing out over $40. , was $21. after using points card discount and cashing out a few points. Didn't bring a bag as was only getting bread. Next time, bring a bag anyways. One never knows how big a loaf of bread will be.

When I come into this store and have no self check out I kind of expect more assistance packing 1 of the 2 recyclable bags I have brought in. I would rather not have to ask the clerk “if you can please pack one bag I’ll pack the other”. The clerk looked surprised. Scanning bar codes is easy and expecting the customer to pack their own bags and scramble for payments at the same time is too much. I get that cashiers need jobs but his comes with the task of packing some bags at least. How did cashiering become such a lazy job?nnThe very next week my husband and I went through the checkout and the manager was running the check out. He asked if he could bag anything for us. I was so impressed this manager knew how important customer service is and I am more assured the young staff will strive to follow his lead. Thank you Mr Save On Manager. I am changing my review stars from 2 to 5 now. Thank you.

This location is right by our house and still maintains somewhat of the friendly, neighborly feel that those of us life long locals are used to. We walk there to get what we need, and they've always been good to us.

Very good store. Nice selection and they have most things. Almost too good as it gets really busy there. They could use a bigger parking lot for sure as it is always a struggle to park. The store is a little too small and they crammed at lot of goods into it so it can be hard to maneuver in tight spaces. Good deli section, yum stuff, not cheap but good.

I found out the location in 240 the customer services in general is more friendly and enthusiastic than others branches in Maple Ridge.nnVery helpful with everything you needed.
