Everything outside of sale items is grossly overpriced. Compare to Freshco, you are paying 15-25% more for the identical item.nRidiculous gouging. We started shopping at Freshco even though we have to drive five minutes past SaveON to get there!

Save On Vernon Village GreennMy 70 year old Indigenous wife was harassed and followed in the store. She was buying a birthday cake and flowers. She was followed to cashier. My wife is small and was intimidated. My wife is well respected in our community of Fernie. BC for 30 years. My wife was upset for days by this assault.nMust be very poor management.nVery RACIST

I went in for a few items and was astonished at the lack of customer service. No word of a lie, I asked 4 different employees where something was and the response I received was, “I don’t know, it’s not my department” and they went on working without even a care in the world.nnWTH happened to customer service?? “I don’t know sir, but let me find out for you!”nnJust a suggestion, but perhaps we can train the employees to learn the store, get things done and be helpful. I just couldn’t believe I was left to my own devices to aimlessly wander around trying to locate the item after asking 4 different employees! Brutal.

This place definitely needs to double check thier staff! Who treats the elderly so cruel! All he wanted was help with his jugs my family will never shop at a place that allows thier employees treat customers so poorly! Especially the elderly
