15 min in express line while cashier first spends time behind service counter while Retreiving cigarettes and gets waylaid by customers looking for service help and then cannot find anyone to respond to repeated calls(4) for a price check for next customers bakery item. Store very badly staffed for weekend/holiday season shopping!

Been to save on a few times. They have fairly good sales. But customers service is not their forte! Several times I have stood in line and not been invited to another till. Two weeks ago waited for 15 minutes and not so much as an apology. We kept waiting because we figured they would have things resolved shortly. They didn't even so much as speak to us or let us know they would be a while. And this is one of several experiences like this. Managers learn some customers sevice techniques and train your staff!

Misleading the public on pricing. " Save a $" ..... the trouble is that.s.o.f. actually increase their prices on products so they can claim a bigger saving. Croissants are normally $3.99. Today they are $4.49.... but I can save a dollar and buy them for $3.49 I am not really saving a $ am I ? Apparently you can't give them no stars... one is the minimum!

Food was alright, just like any other store, however service was slow and rude, and the washroom needed a key. Pretty bad experience.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The service and quality of food is amazing. This is my go to place for cakes, dessert trays and meat/cheese trays in Vernon. The store manager, Robert Cashato, goes above and beyond for his customers. His kindness and generosity for customers is incredible. I highly recommend this store to everyone - especially when it comes to party trays and dessert trays!
