Today I received the upmost kindest and extremely compassionate care from Sofia the Bakery Manager. I needed a last minute birthday photo cake for myself and she went beyond every expectation possible to help make my birthday a memorable one. It is customer service like this that make a big company like Save on Foods shine with employees like Sofia, who actually care about customers and take pride in their work. She is a very important and very valuable representation of your prestigious company, and deserves to be commended for maintaining such a high standard in customer care!

Recently. I purchased a Tuxedo cake from Save on foods and it was so delicious and all thanks to Vineeta Mistry even though she is the store supervisor she took time to help me in the bakery. Plus she has such a sweet smile and demeanor. I am going to go shopping here more often because of her sweet personality.nThanks Vineeta!!

Sign in the Deli said 5 chicken strips for $6 was the daily deal, so I specifically asked for that.nnAfter checking out, saw the receipt that I was charged $8.49, and the sticker on the package said the same. So why the $6 sign?nnWas already back at work by the time I noticed, and I dont have the time to go back but that's pretty irritating.

Well they still have food! Lol. Some people have gone a little overboard on somethings as of March 16/2020 they are out of Toilet paper and a few other things!

Ask someone in deli to help me with the bakery section. They went and found one, baker is currently making me a new loaf of garlic bread cause the store is out. Best Service EVER.
