This Save-On-Foods is the VIP of all Save-ons. There's a large selection of ready made food area from Pizza, Fried Chicken, Deli, Curry, Salads and many more. The wine shop is on of the reasons I love to come here the local wine selection is amazing . It's also a great place to stop when planning to host a party...Neverending cheese selections, to go with the wine, there is a small area of Sugarfina inside, also cakes like no tomorrow, I've also seen specialty chips and pop. There poké and skewer section . This grocery store is an adventure! I recommend for awesome selections and must go to when hosting!
nThis Save-On-Foods is truly five-star worthy! By far the fanciest one I’ve ever been to it feels upscale yet still offers affordable prices. The store features fresh pasta, a bakery with mouthwatering cakes, an impressive wine selection, juicy burgers, and of course, all your usual groceries. A posh grocery experience without the posh price tag!
I usually love grabbing food from The Kitchen while I grocery shop, especially your pizzas. But the whole pizza I ordered this time was way too salty—it tasted like someone accidentally dumped salt instead of flour! I hope that was just a one-time thing so I can keep enjoying your snacks on my grocery runs.
My wife bought a cake tonight. This is the 3rd time for the same type of cake. She is so happy with her 1st time as the cake is fresh and delicious, so she coming back for the 2nd time, and tonight the 3rd time, BUT it’s unacceptable as the cake is not fresh and the cake base is hardened.nI think if any cake is past the best dates, please mark down the price and sell outlike Thrifty… like Safeway!nNow we will not buying any cake here as we lose the confidence of getting a fresh cake or not.nPlease look into this and thank you for any response or advice.
Lougheed location Save On Foods has lots of variety for everything. Chips, cakes, meats, cheeses. You name it; they have it. Strongly recommended as they are so well organized. The store is displayed beautifully and is very clean.
