Save-On-Foods

This review is for the bakery staff working a few Sundays ago. Another grocery store lost my child’s birthday cake order leaving us with no cake the day of the party. I called Save-Ons bakery and explained the situation. They were extremely empathetic towards my situation and rushed to get a cake fitting a very specific theme ready in time for the party. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Next time I’ll just order from Save-On instead. Thanks for saving my daughters birthday!

Great place to do groceries — the store is clean, staff are generally helpful, and the produce section is impressive. The pharmacy team is especially knowledgeable. Some items can feel pricey, but overall it’s a reliable go-to when you want quality and convenience.

I thought it was clean, had everything I needed. Bakery and prepared foods wasn't awesome, or feeling real fresh, but it was good enough for on the go healthier food options.nThey have a full service grocery store, with a lot of extras.nThe staff seemed to be quite helpful and nice. I thought the store looked in really good condition and I liked the familiarity I felt when compared to other Save On Foods in my hometown. It was just like home, and it's always a comfort when a store, out of province, is the same as back home. We certainly have more prepared foods to go though.nDefinitely I'd be back.nGood job Save On

Shirley was amazing, super helpful with finding exactly what I needed at the best price. Took time out of her day to assist me with a lost item as well. Very polite snd kind.

Debbie was by far the most unpleasant person I’ve ever dealt with at self-checkout today around 4–4:20pm.nShe was rude, snarky, and rolling her eyes the entire time we asked for help. My 6-year-old even noticed and commented on how awful she was - that says a lot.nShe was the older lady with white hair, and honestly, people like this shouldn’t be working tills if they clearly hate their job. It didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all.nBecause of her, both me and my husband don’t ever want to return to this store.
