Alongside the pie, we enjoyed chive and cheese scones, a cranberry and pecan muffin, and a freshly brewed house coffee. Very cozy cafe to try baked goods and support local businesses.nThe Apple pie was so well balanced with sweetness and texture. The staff were nice and respectful. The only downside is I found the menu pricier than similar locations.

Tucked into a quiet corner of Marine Drive, it offers a cozy, slightly nostalgic atmosphere where locals line up for their favourites and newcomers quickly understand why.nnThe baked goods are generous and unfussy in the best way, pies with golden crusts, oversized muffins and cookies. The menu changes often, but breakfast and lunch plates are straightforward, well portioned, and made with care.nnCoffee is solid, and the staff are warm and efficient, even when the place is bustling which it often is. Seating inside is limited, but if you can grab a spot, especially near the window it’s a lovely place to slow down.
This café is an absolute gem! The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat. Their muffins and pies are delicious, always fresh and full of flavor. Don’t forget to ask for butter with your muffin! And the coffee? Simply the best!
As a hobby baker and have bakes a few pies in my life, this place was one of the better places that I have tried. We had the whole apple pie and whole pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving dessert this year.nnThe apple pie had a large amount of pie filling. It was filled with a great dome under the extremely flakes crust. I thought it was very cute looking. nnThe pumpkin was very good as well. There was a generous amount of spice put in the pies and great pumpkin taste as well.nnAlthough I thought their pies were a little pricey at $43.50 for a pie, it was well worth it for what you get.nnWould want to go back to try their savory pies.
