To be fair, it has been a few years since I went here for color and cut. The main difference between this place and cheaper places was the higher price. Nothing special about the quality of cut or dye job. No extra care taken. I didn't find the comfort level different or particularly relaxing. Nothing really wrong with it except for an unjustified higher price. Otherwise typical of other places in town.

Yesterday I went in for a trim w/ Lisa, I am growing my REALLY thick, curly, (unruly), hair out to one length and needed some help. I already knew what she had planned, as I got a consult from her when I attended the Spring Fling Party they had. But Lisa and I reviewed it again, just to make sure we were on the same page. She was so nice and so professional. My hair came out GREAT!!! I also use Satori for my pedicures and facial waxing, both of which I am always satisfied with. (I always ask for Sierra for my pedicures, she's the BEST!) Satori is an Excellent Spa, and they always go out of their way to please you, I'm addicted!!!

Long time service with Casey who always does a wonderful job with my hair! Love their Bumble and Bumble products and always get my Bare Minerals makeup there too!

Very sad to not get a reminder call or email for my appointments. I do not have a smart phone that beeps when I need to be somewhere, so I rely on a little help from Satori staff. I check with them each appt to make sure they have my correct information, and encourage them to notify me. Sadly, I will be going elsewhere.

Satori is such a comfortable place! Easy to schedule an appointment as well as reschedule if necessary. Love getting an online reminder as well as a way to confirm the appointment. The little touch of receiving a beverage upon check-in helps one to relax.
