We've been to Harrison a bunch of times but this is the first time we've ever checked out the Sasquatch Museum and Visitor Centre. It turned out to be one of the best attractions in he area. They are super friendly and have tuns of information on what's available in and around Harrison. The Sasquatch Museum is interesting for both kids and grown ups. It's free to enter and has a great display of artifacts, video and articles about the noble giant of the rainforest. I'll visit every time I go now to get a handle on seasonal events. Be sure to ask what happens if one of your kids presses the belly on the giant sasquatch in the visitor's centre :
Very friendly customer service and lots of information about the Sasquatch history. If I had more time I could have spent hours going through all the literature!
Amazing Bigfoot museum! And love the Bigfoot stuffies. We even got to meet Thomas Steenburg and he told the most amazing stories!!! Experience of a lifetime!! Recommended!!!!
The Harrison Visitor Centre and Sasquatch Museum has a lot of brochures for the area and people there to provide more information on what to do and see. There are some things to purchase here, like local books and souvenirs. In the back of the visitor centre is the Sasquatch Museum. The museum at the back is small but has lots of videos, photos, and items on display to check out. There are plasters of Sasquatch feet and replica skulls as well. Interesting place for the whole family.
A small n good little place with lots of information about the place and it's history. Must visit if you want to learn about the mysterious Big Foot. Small town with not much to do, so this place is a good visit.
Small place with a small room packed full of local Bigfoot histories, news, legends, facts and trivia. One can read all about the locals who studied the subject. There are artifacts as well such as skulls of several primates for size comparison and the obligatory casts of Big footprints. The visitor centre is a good source of local information and recommendation. The woman we spoke to knew the village like the back of her hand.
Super interesting exhibit and models. Cannot miss! Highly recommend, favourite part was the big Sasquatch on the entrance and the friendly staff.
An absolute delight. So many great pamphlets & the Sasquatch museum was amazing.
Great kind attention and interesting place!! I did visited the Sasquatch museum with my family is very very interesting!!
To start off there's no fee for the Sasquatch Museum. They do have a donation box however. The museum was a small room with everything you would like to know about a Sasquatch. The employee was very nice. She spoke to us about the Sasquatch and brought our girls souvenirs. They were very excited!
