We recently purchased a brand new condo from Jastek and we like all the features in it. Everything was easy when buying our condo and it is all because of Norm Grodecki from Century 21. He is very helpful and prompt in responding all inquiries for a first time home buyers like us.

Norm Grodecki is a fantastic real estate agent. Norm helped us purchase a Condo at Ginger lofts in Willowgrove. He made the whole buying process go smoothly and efficiently. He let us know step by step what was coming next and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. He was very honest and easy to deal with and we would highly recommend Norm to be your real estate agent if purchasing at Ginger Lofts or anywhere else in and around Saskatoon. A thank you to Norm Grodecki with Century 21 - E& M Real Estate for helping me with the purchase of my first new home! Norm is extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. The big and overwhelming decision to buy a home was actually easy and stress-free working with him. He walked me through the process, and answered all my questions along the way. He provided me with contacts (mortgage specialist, lawyer,etc) who would help me with finalizing the sale. Once everything went through, he sent me a "mover's checklist" which was extremely helpful for a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend Norm Grodecki. Thank you!

Norm was my agent for my recent purchase in Saskatoon. Norm is a terrific guy who took the time to meet me when it worked with my schedule. Norm made sure all of my questions were answered and that the process was smooth from top to bottom. Norm is very detail oriented and made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed.
