Typical, pathetic provincial government workers. Not interested in doing their jobs; helping tenants or landlords. Just here to clock in/clock out and not work 1 extra minute. In 2 dealings with them, the situation could have been resolved with a 5 minute phone call, instead they waste time of both our parties and adjourned the issue for months, held a hearing and I rightfully received damage deposit 10 weeks after moving. Waste of time and money. There needs to be more streamlined processes in place.

If there was a less than 1 star, that's what they deserve. This department is just a waste of space and tax payer money. They never do anything that helps out a landlord even when they know it is the tenant's fault, where the tenant isn't even paying rent, and they blame you and find faults in the agreement. Wonder how sympathetic they would be if they ended up getting a tenant like that. The whole legislation or whatever needs a complete overhaul, needs to be made by somebody with a little common sense. The most unhelpful department.

These are the most miserable people I've dealt with in this organization. Before the Saskatoon office opened I'd call Regina and they were usually pretty friendly and helpful. But now that I call Saskatoon, they're just rude. I've been on both sides of the fence (in the wrong, and had a landlord that was in the wrong) and when I'd call to ask for advice or tips, each time it was terrible. I spoke with 2 different women and a man on 3 separate occasions and each time was ridiculous.

They are unable to help anyone looking to have heat turned on in cold weather. There is no rule/law that says Condos must activate their heat at a certain time or temperature. It is left up to the Condo board to decide when they "feel" it's needed. This seriously needs to be fixed.
