Horrendous the way you treat people. Use high pressure and illegal sales tactics to steal people's money and get them to pay premiums and look for any possible condition or loophole you can to get out of paying. You're absolute crooks who know NOTHING about medical conditions at all. Because I was BORN with a club foot blue cross wouldn't cover me for ANYTHING at all except for any ambulance services. They'd insure me for emergency ambulance rides at a cost of $500/month because of a flipping bone deformity in my one ankle I was born with meant I had at "least one pre-existing condition" that negated me for any health coverage at ALL. Your horrible, awful, evil and corrupt company who steals from and abuses your customers. You need to be sued in a class action law suit for your behaviour and violation of the consumer protection laws in Canada. I'm hiring a class action lawyer as soon as I can.

Great coverage. Very affordable. Professional. Unfortunately their website login and app are probably the worst I've ever experienced: I have to reset my password every time I want to log in or submit a claim. Most times entering my policy ID number I'll get an error message and won't be able to reset my password. I managed to get through to submit a claim tonight, but I was unable to submit it because of a "looks like something went wrong, please try again later" error.

The prices are good but the phone calls are incredibly inconvenient. Wasted a week of my time playing telephone tag only to get a bad counter offer for insurance.

Very affordable with great coverage compred to any other.
