If you have any disabilities makesure to avoid Route 12. If you want to be talked down to, almost knocked over by the driver speeding off before you can reach your seat, have the exit door shut before you can leave the bus after you have rung bell to get off and then cant get off. Yes avoid this Bus.

I have never met ruder bus drivers in my life. You ask a question about the route or a stop you need and you get "it's not my job to keep track of your stop" . My knowledge of the route is limited and I'm new in the town but thank you for enlightening me on your job responsibilities.

Sarnia's transit system is such a joke, I don't even know where to begin this review. I have had the bus drive by me multiple times without picking me up, causing me to be late for work, they are always behind schedule, and they stop around 6PM on weekends. And to make matters worse, they raise their prices for this terrible service yearly. No wonder no one takes the bus.

Some retard named Trevor the bus driver (Whos name I only know because i called the transit office because he would not tell me.) called me names, shut the door on me, left the bus to try and fight me and yelled at me to boot. If i could go less then one star I would. - Justin the nerd on YouTube.
