We have been coming here to get chicken teriyaki for years now. I highly recommend this place. Chicken teriyaki is delicious and juicy. I downloaded the App so I could get information regarding specials & coupons. Very friendly staff! Davi, Miguel, Jorge, and Rubi are courteous and friendly. They work hard and always smiling! Btw they cook all the orders right in front of you! This place is my favorite teriyaki spot in Omaha Nebraska. You will not be disappointed. Please note: Hot sauce and soy sauce packets are complimentary!
Girl in front did not seem happy to take my order. I ask for pot stickers. Said they were out. Food was not as great. I remember when it was delicious. Sad face.Food: 2/5
We have been coming here on Sunday's for as long as I can remember. Never had issues until now. Our family loves this place. The older gentleman up front has messed up our order every time and we always have to correct it. Today was the last straw. Not only is he always rude, did he doesn't listen to your order, and today he charged us for an additional order . While trying to explain to him what is wrong, he snatched the receipt out of my hand, he throws his things down, hands us $9 when he owes us $12 and tells us to get out of here. He was very disrespectful and clearly had no business being the face of your company. Then the lady behind us had an issue with him. He didn't ring it up correctly and told her she didn't pay for what she asked because he rang it up wrong.
It’s good! Don’t get me wrong but why can’t I do a half and half option! Please add a Half beef/chicken option and it would be my favorite place on the west side. Egg and a drink for only 2.49
There is no sushi. Prices online do not match menu prices. Service is terrible.Food: 2/5
They closed at 6:30 when it says they close at 7. Last time I went the chicken was subpar and now they are closing way too early. I was willing to give a shot on a restaurant that’s been around for a long time but the quality has dropped and now you’ve made it impossible for me to purchase your food before I’m off work. Boo. Very poor service.
No free refills on fountain drinks full price for a refill complete nonsense
No thanks. Food is very greasy and plain. The meat is stored in a black tote that sits on the floor. Not recommend this food
Used to be great, but the service and the attitude of the employees at this place has been on a decline for over a year. Not worth the hassle when I could just go to Teriyaki Express 10 minutes away.
They don't use gloves while making the food. Cheap but unhygienic. I don't recommend this place.
