Hour to 2 hour wait times every day is NOT acceptable. Clearly a staff issue.nBut this is the norm here. If i coupd give zero stars i would.
Came down to staff being inconsiderate and not knowing of products they sell. It's not all staff, but unfortunately, employees aren't being taught the ability to respond to customer questions. It should be a minimal requirement provided during training. Stock was improperly placed, and management figured excuses would suffice.
Super service!!nnWent to buy wine and had no idea what to buy. I was recommended a few different bottles and apparently it was a great recommendation as everyone enjoyed it!
Selection of good one wines, however, they don't carry much in terms of fine wine. Liquor selection is acceptable, however I prefer the LCBO in nepean for my whiskey.
