I lost my SAQ loyalty card and the lady at the cashier was very helpful on how to get a replacement and points transfers to the new card. Good customer service
This SAQ has a top notch service, the wine advice here has always been excellent. Some of my favorite wines come from what I've learned through this site's recommendations! The selection of wines is great, and the prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a great place to stock up on wine, or just want to learn more about vino in general, this is the spot for you. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their selection, so you're sure to find something you love. Even if you don't know much about wine, they'll be able to help you find the perfect bottle. Cheers!
Came today with my girlfriend to buy some drinks . When it was our turn to go and pay both cashiers were open but we chose the second girl. I then heard the other cashier explaining in French to her next customer the situation and that she's glad she got him as a cutomer instead of us. She then told him that he looked happier than us and both laughed. I feel this is unprofessional and created an unpleasant experience for me and my girlfriend.
I phoned for a particular drink, and they checked it was in. I got there and couldn't find it, and when I asked one of the workers,they were helpful right away with a smile.The time before was months ago,and they were helpful and nice then also.
On the smaller side for a "regular" SAQ that isn't an "express", but a good selection of wines and spirits. Was able to find some bottles of ancient vines from California, which are not always easy to find. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Surprised it wasn't busier.

It's a small SAQ and selection is a bit limited but surprisingly quick and pleasant crew there.
Great selection for such a small place
Be prepared to wait more than 15 minutes to get in on a regular day. But it's well worth it, the staff is very friendly and the place is well stocked. I actually enjoy going there during the covid times than before. Less people, less hassle and more time to pick my favourite beverages. Make sure you get the points card, I've used mine for at least five years and I still don't have enough points to get myself a free bottle of wine.
