Super friendly delivery, but the guy who answered the phone seemed like he'd had better days. We all have off days. Anyway, the pizza was really good. Our first time ordering from Santa Fe and I think we'll be regulars. We used to order from another pizza joint here in town but decided to try these guys based on the reviews. We got the Santa Fe Supreme and it was LOADED with toppings. So much so that when you pick up a slice, there's a small avalanche of toppings The dough was good, we'll order thin crust next time. Coulda used a little more sauce for my liking but my wife loved it. Great za. Great delivery girl. Great job. We'll order again.
Stopped by for a quick slice and can't wait to come back! Great service, great Za and amazing lunch specials!!!
Try them out after seeing the review. Pretty good pizza full of toppings not like others.
Surprisingly great pizza, very good take out service, delicious stuffed cheesie bread.
Santa Fe is my favourite pizza place !!! None of those awful chains even come close to their quality. Come on - they make their own pizza dough ! What franchise does that... none. I love their regular and thin crust, generous fresh toppings and their sauce is delicious. Try them and you will never go back to the others :
Based upon the really positive reviews I was really excited to finally order from here today. Ordered two pizzas, was in no rush, $32 order for 2 mediums so was expecting good quality. I can say my experience in the store was positive with friendly interaction. I can say the pizza we got had seemingly good flavour. Problem was, they both ended up in the garbage as soon as we tasted it. The dough was still dough... like raw. Ended up with grilled cheese for dinner with $32 in the garbage. I know things happen, but this was my first visit, I won't be back and will not recommend to anyone. I wasn't in a rush, I would've waited for properly cooked pizza. If you go: maybe order well done? I would say don't go though.
I'm quite new to the area and I was looking for a good pizza place. After quite a few misses, I feel like I struck gold with Santa Fe Pizza. We tried a basic pepperoni and a Santa Fe Supreme. The kids ate the pepperoni like Tasmanian Devils and the Santa Fe Supreme which is described as a little bit of everything was incredibly well balanced. Also very friendly staff. In short, can't wait to try more and so happy with that I found this place!!
Santa Fe makes pizza that tastes great and is much less greasy than other places that sell pizza. Personally, I prefer to have the fresher tasting pizza. The staff are always friendly when I walk in or call in to order.
While the pizza and the cheese bread are incredible. The last three times I have ordered from there, I have had significant issues. Two times I ordered specials but upon picking up my pizza it had been punched in wrong ordered two mediums, drinks, and cheese bread, but received two larges and nothing else. The explanation given was that the prices were near the same so simply typed it in wrong. After discovering the issue, no offer was given to fix the missing items because I had already paid. On another occasion, when I showed up to pick up the pizza I was told it was not ready. I asked to confirm the pizzas on the oven were not mine, to which they assured me they were not, but did not check the note. After waiting 15 minutes and noticing no pizzas in the oven, I asked another person to confirm what the single box on the oven was not mine and they realized it was. No apology was offered and to make matters worse, they had messed up the toppings but it wasn't worth starting over. To me, the customer service doesn't make up for the good quality pizza. it is unfortunate because I am willing to drive a little bit extra to pick it up. If you are considering picking Sante Fe, I would encourage you go on a non-busy night as it seems Friday and Saturdays are when they are chaotic and the service falls apart.
The pizza is good but when I came in 3 of the 4 visible staff were wearing masks under their noses. They were breathing on the food. I was disgusted and won't be going back. I nearly left with my food and I regret taking it because I don't feel like I can eat it.
