Good overall. Some organizational issues Surrounding the water tests but I'll give them a mulligan as they adapt to new realities. Been dealing with them for 10 years over two pools and trust them to offer good service.
Actually is closed Saturday. They need to update their hours.
Always a clean place, following all covid regulations with hand sanitizer at the entrance. Great customer service!
The entire staff including Mr Phil is knowledgeable and has helped educate us a new owners to hot tub and pool. They have been patient even on busy days answering our questions on water test and operations. Thank you and please carry on the wonderful job with a smile , it helps a lot of people.

Great place to get your pool and hot tub water tested and pick up the supplies you need.
Have a leak in the pool, tried to get someone to have look, 2 week now without luck. We were told last weekend by technician Mick, that he would call back this weekend, but when we called to confirm this weekend, he said oh maybe next weekend. Not impressed.
