I always loved sandwich factory. They were always nice and the food was delightful. We came to get some ruebens and fries for st Patrick's day. They must have had a very off day that day. The workers were not very friendly. The food was terrible. The sandwich was all bread and very little meat. The sandwich was so thin all I saw was bread ! The French fries were undercooked. Terrible We have gotten ruebens there before, they were good. This time not so much

“The best sub place in Youngstown!” Was my old review. This place has really went downhill. I’ve been coming here over 20 years, and the service and food has become very mainstream, the extra meat ribeye sub had like 4 pieces of meat, when we called to tell them they forgot extra meat, they said there was nothing they can do. Sandwich factory? more like ripoff factory. You guys lost our business.
Had th Italian delight. It was perfect. Plenty of cold cuts and cheese. Bread was soft and fresh. Will be back againFood: 5/5
The food is always amazing. The only thing that I did not care for was I was forced to tip when I used my card I have no problem tipping but I don't like to be forced I had only a half a sandwich and ended up paying more . I understand they have limited staff but I was willing to wait .Food: 5/5
Got there 15 minutes before closing so not hot sandwiches, which is totally understandable. Have ordered from them many times. Food is always incredible!! Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.Food: 5/5
I've been going to The Sandwich Factory for over 40 years but last Wednesday 4/5/23 was the last time. Walked in around 6pm door wide open and nobody behind the counter. Waited about 5 minutes, there was an employee at a table, possibly on break who said nothing. I left and sadly won't return.
The food was ok, not what I am use to. I asked for extras and didn't get them and there was barely any lettuce on the sandwich. Maybe it was an off day, but I will try again in the future.Food: 3/5
The food is great but called Twice with no answer ,only to go to the place and see everyone just standing around piddling there thumbs , while waiting the employees are arguing who is working on the schedule , I hate to downgrade a business but I think there should be better managementFood: 4/5
