My family of 4 stayed in one room. The bedroom was decently big, but the sofa bed had springs coming out of it and was a very tight squeeze. The location was very great though and was really walkable to lots of restaurants. Everywhere around was open till very late, which was helpful cause we got in pretty late at night. Staff was kind only con was that the elevators are very small so it took multiple trips to get our suitcases down.
We came to town for the Turkey–Australia World Cup match and expected a great trip but Rishab made it truly memorable from the moment we arrived.nnHe welcomed us with such warmth that checking in felt more like coming home than arriving at a hotel. Despite the World Cup crowds and excitement, he remained calm, professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive. His local recommendations and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.nnThe hotel itself was fantastic. Spotless rooms, great amenities, and excellent view. But what we'll remember most is the exceptional service. Rishab's kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly elevated our experience.nnA heartfelt thanks to Rishab for making our World Cup trip so special. Sandman is lucky to have him. Five stars for the hotel and an extra star for Rishab. He's definitely a keeper. Give this guy a raise!
We stayed in June. fifa time… just a coincidence.nDespite the odd poor review - we had a wonderful time in this Davies street precinct. The apartment was spotless , spacious, and super convenient…. Staff were very helpful and we would thoroughly recommend staying there.
Thank you Faranak for your great customer service! She helped us check in early which helped us get a kick start to our Vancouver trip. It was a great welcome to Vancouver. Aside from that, the room is well equipped with 2 TVs, a full kitchen, and awesome shower! Also a washer/dryer which is helpful as this is the last leg of our trip.
I was pleasantly surprised with the room I’d booked, as it was like an apartment & had everything I needed. The washer / dryer combo was the icing on the cake!nnThe only negative was trying to get the room serviced. I’d be out for hours but the cleaner would always come in the afternoon when I’d finally get back & not want to be disturbed.
