I stayed at this hotel for years. I love the rooms, location and the restaurant access. The only reason I cannot provide a 5 star is the fitness area hours are very limited. For someone who travels often for business this is one of the only hotels you cannot access the room until 0630 am. For that reason I continue to stay elsewhere. I have provided reviews direct to the hotel in the past without any response.
The staff was very friendly and nice. The location is decent yet far from the city center. The rooms were terrible in my opinion. I checked in and right out. Not very clean, dated, mold in the shower grout, stains on the sofa, rooms smelled of sex & drugs, decor was dark and drab. It feels like a half notch up from a seedy Extended Stay. I believe ladies of the night would love this place.
Well appointed kitchen suite but in a little rough shape. Time for domestic needed maintenance. The room and bathroom was clean. Having the laundry during a tournament was great. The pool is small but there is a small hot tub too. Little busy with the kids....nA nice place worth the stay.
Great visit. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool.nDefinitely a clean cozy stay for us. Roselle was a great help at the front desk.nI didn't realize the Moxie's attached served breakfast but was a nice addition to get the kids fed nice and easy.nBonus points for having a craft brewery in the adjacent parking lot.nWill stay here again for sure!!
My son and I were down in the lower mainland for a tournament with his team. Most of our team stayed at this hotel. Was a great experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were big and clean. Pool and hot tub were open. Great value for cost. If/when we come back, we will highly motivated to use this hotel again!
