Overall, the rooms are clean as well as towels, washroom and bathroom. Nice quite place Even though facing Highway.nnPaying over 200 dollars, you would expect a breakfast but there is none.nnİt is east to reach out to the highway for us to get to downtown Vancouver.nnBut it needs a upgrade for the gym. İt is too small.
Accidentally booked wrong location thought there’s a pool as it’s on their website picture! Plus the other sandman is almost the same address. Ac’s annoying kept turning on /off thru the night even not on auto mode, kept as awake all night. Sofas need cleaning gave us an itch. Beds too soft seems old, NO POOL eventhough it’s on their website picture! Talked to staff and said management aware but wanted to keep there. Confusing people so much!!! Only slept one night throughout our 4nights of stay and will never stay again.
I've been working with Tiffany in the sales department for sports group travel and she is nothing but amazing to start with.nLocation is great for TWU games and our teams all love staying at the Sandman Langley. Rooms are clean and well-updated and everyone including GM Caitlin is friendly and willing to go extra mile to help.nnIt's my pleasure to have such a great partner to work with so I can be so confident that everything goes well and don't need to keep my eyes on my phone on my dayoff :nnThank you for all you do!nnMK
I just checked out. We got the room with jacuzzi for a very high price. The minute we turned it on it stopped working. I called the front desk 6 times and no answer. I called the hotel number and someone came up and told us they can’t fix it until tomorrow afternoon. They had no service people available she said.nnThe room itself was dirty. The bed headboard has visible yellow stains and marks. We found chips garbage under the bed carpet.. the dining table glass was wiped with dirty cloth so lots of water stains were left on it. The curtains had actually came off the railingnnI got around $100 discount but all the headache we went through did not worth the room $50 a night. This was more like a cheap Motel experience. Very disappointed

She promptly arranged for a room change, ensuring the new room was quiet and met all my needs. Aman's dedication to guest satisfaction and her proactive approach truly stood out. Her kindness and efficiency made a significant difference in my experience, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance. I highly commend Aman for her outstanding service and would recommend her to anyone seeking a seamless and pleasant stay.
