The hotel was great, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! We loved the pool area and appreciated that there were so many places to sit and chill around it without being in the water. The staff was also super friendly and helpful shoutout to Meagan and Maria. We will definitely stay here again!
Can't say enough good things about our stay at the Sandman, excellent service with a free room upgrade to be poolside without us even asking. We were able to park right outside our room. Comfortable, clean, fun atmosphere. We lost a very special kid's toy and they took the time to call us and keep it safe when they found it days later.
I would like to share my sincere appreciation for one of your front desk staff members who assisted us during our recent stay. Her name is Sukh.nnWe had booked our reservation through Expedia with a 4:00 PM check-in time, but we arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM due to our travel schedule. We understood that early check-in was not normally possible and that our booking was non-refundable, and the system won’t allow it anymore to add 2 day stay from previous day, which made the situation very stressful for us.nnYour staff member went above and beyond to help us despite the limitations. She took the time to look into our booking, explained our options clearly, and worked patiently to find a solution. Thanks to her effort and kindness, we were able to have a place to stay and rest after a very long trip.
Our experience at the Sandman Hotel in West Edmonton was wonderful! We chose to celebrate New Years with friends there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did a great job accommodating our large group! We were impressed with the Atrium area which our kids loved swimming in and it was great that our rooms faced the pool for easy changing and bedtime. The patio area was a great place to have dinner and chat with the adults. We will definitely be back for our next celebration!
Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. Came up for a referee event. Maria made sure that us referees were taken care of. She went the extra mile and ensured we got all of our diamond perks and that we had everything we needed. Our reservation was large and complex and she made sure we were satisfied. It was nice to come through the lobby and have a little friendly interaction with each time we walked in. Keep making people’s day Maria! :
