I wish there was a place for zero stars. Saturday night and my bathtub won't drain. I tried 3 times to get a plumber here from the company I normally use and no technician called me back so I tried Sanders. He answered the call right away but when I told him what the problem is he said it is not an emergency (I could hear what sounded like a tavern in the background) and that he would come maybe tomorrow if I still have the problem. Seriously? Tough to get a decent plumber in Orillia on a Saturday night I guess. I have people here needing showers for work/college tomorrow morning!! Nobody in the plumbing industry seems to care!

Like someone else said I wish there was a zero star!!! This guy is very unprofessional!! He came late. Put 40 foot of snake down our toilet he thought the problem was fixed put our toilet bowl back on without changing the ring, we were told he should have known better and changing it should have been included in our price. We paid him around $340.. that night our daughter had a shower and we got backed up again my husband called Allan, he answered and said he would call us back in 5 mins... 45 mins later still no phone call from Allan so my husband calls him back and Allan said he's had to many drinks and can't drive so he was supposed to come the next morning he never showed up my husband called him 3 times no answer. Later that afternoon Allan called back and gave us some lame excuse as to why he didnt show up that morning, well thats not professional he should have called us that morning to tell us he couldn't make it!! He should be coming back to give us our money back because he didnt do his job right in the first place!! We ended up calling another plumbing company. I would never recommend Allan to anyone we wasted our money on him and im so disappointed!!

I called this plumber to revive water pressure in my rental apartment. It's really simple job for anybody who has a channel-lock or a pliers. He cleaned up two aerators on faucets ends and replaced a shower head (store price $12) without inquiring me. The whole job took 20 minutes. The resulting bill was $279. Does any of readers make this money? Beware of greed!!!

Terrible, terrible and unprofessional service! Plumber Allan came 2 h late! Price was changed from $249 to $299 over night! Came without proper equipment and after 15 min told that his plumbing snake is too short and we need to call another plumber. The worst thing is that he wanted that we pay in full him and another plumber! Double full price! When we refused he got angry, aggressive, left everything dissassembeled and when removed plumbing snake created mess all over the kitchen, even on the upper cabinets!

"Nick Gillespie was not ever a costumer of ours. He is a tenant of a customer of ours. This costumer was very happy with the work done at their building, but not very happy with this super demanding tenant. The work preformed at this location was the installation of an oil separator, sump pit , pump and all ancillary piping and venting. The job went well and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering the complexity of this install." Sincerely, Allan Sanders
